Great flooring is 80% subfloor. We check for level, moisture and squeaks before a single plank goes down, because that is the part you cannot fix later without pulling everything up again.

   You get a line-by-line scope and price, not a one-number guess. If something is unknown, we say so and price the allowance.

   Design & selections

   Layouts, finishes and fixtures locked before we start. Selections made after demolition are what blow up budgets.

4. 04

   Build with daily updates

   Clean site, protected floors, and photo progress updates pushed to you — so you always know what happened today.

5. 05

   Walkthrough & warranty

   We walk the job together, build the deficiency list, close it out, then hand over your written workmanship warranty.
